Cancellations and Refunds
Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel a programme due to circumstances beyond our control, we'll offer:
- A full refund of any fees paid, or
- Transfer to an alternative date
Your Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking:
- More than 14 days before the programme: full refund
- 7-14 days before the programme: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the programme: no refund, but may transfer to future programme subject to availability
Payment Terms
Payment for programmes is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. We accept payment via bank transfer or card payment. Prices listed on our website include VAT where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, gentle-traverse shall not be liable for:
