Common questions

How do I choose the right programme?

Age is the primary factor. Our programmes are structured around developmental stages and the financial scenarios young people encounter at different ages. If you're uncertain, email us with your child's age and any specific concerns or goals, and we'll recommend the most suitable option.

Where do sessions take place?

We use various venues across Cardiff depending on the programme. Individual and family workshops typically run at our Cathedral Road location. School group sessions take place at the school or community centre. We'll confirm the exact venue when you book.

What if my child misses a session?

For multi-session programmes, we provide catch-up materials and offer a brief one-to-one call to cover missed content. Where possible, we can arrange for participants to attend a make-up session with another group.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes, we provide a fifteen percent discount when siblings attend the same programme or session. Contact us to arrange this when booking.

Are parents required to attend?

For Junior Savers Workshop participants under ten, we ask that a parent remains on-site. For teenagers, attendance is optional but many parents find the brief parent session at the end valuable. The Family Financial Workshop is specifically designed for joint parent-child attendance.

What happens after the programme?

All participants receive take-home materials, a certificate of completion, and access to our resource library with articles and activities for continued learning. We also send follow-up emails with additional tips and suggestions.

Most programmes run on Saturday mornings, with additional sessions during school holidays. We aim to schedule new programmes every three to four weeks, so there's usually availability within a reasonable timeframe.
